Saba Ecoseal AC
Description
SABA Ecoseal AC is an acid-resistant and permanently elastic sealant. Solvent-free, non sagging, UV-stable and (air) moisture-curing, based on MS Polymer (1-component). No hazard symbols, odourless, easy to apply and shows hardly any shrinkage.
SABA Ecoseal AC is particularly suitable for sealing joints and/or overlaps in microbiologically stressed conditions that are exposed to acids. For example in prefabricated or regular construction elements, overflow channels, panelling, bolt heads, various types of (biogas) tanks and silos, basins and storage areas that come into contact with composting processes, fertilisers, drinking water and (sewage) treatment water.

MS Polymers
A sealant made from modified silane molecules, better known as MS polymer, is a sealant that cures upon contact with atmospheric moisture and is known for its wide range of possibilities and applications in various situations.

Polysulfide sealants
Polysulfide sealants are mainly produced in two-component versions. The two-component polysulfide sealant begins to cure due to a chemical reaction that occurs when the first (A) and second (B) components are mixed. This is why the two components are mixed immediately before use.

Epoxy Polysulfides
Epoxy Polysulfide (EPS) is a 2-component solution, mainly used for example for filling cracks. In addition to filling cracks, holes and damaged surfaces, EPS is also suitable for use as an anti-corrosion coating.
General properties and applications of EPS:
High chemical resistance
Strong / mechanically loaded
Good adhesion to concrete
Good compatibility with polysulfide
Suitable for use in oil and grease removers / traps
