Two component water-based adhesive
Two-component water-based spray adhesives are designed for the foam rubber manufacturing industry. Two-component adhesives are ideal for bonding foam rubber parts, such as in the production of upholstered furniture, sofas, chairs, and comfortable furniture, very effective when bonding smaller foam rubber parts to the furniture frame. Extremely high bonding process speed.

Description
Sababond products are water-based adhesives based on synthetic raw materials, such as Acrylate, CR, EVA, NR and PU. These adhesives are characterised by their ease of use, high yield and by the soft, durable bonds they create.
Sababond 3392 is an extreme versatile product suited for the mattress, furniture and foam converting industry. This allrounder has a wide application range and can be used to bond foam to foam, foam to wood and other (upholstery) materials including smooth, non-porous substrates, such as Polypropylene (PP). Sababond 3392 can do it all! Creates the strongest bond between all regularly used materials with the fastest tack ever shown.
Combined with the smart SABA EZ-mix Green spray gun, the new Sababond 3392 fits right into your existing Zero Overspray system.
