Sabatack® 795
Description
Sabatack® 795 is a construction adhesive and sealant with an extremely high initial bond strength. Due to its high initial tack and the very rapid strength build-up, Sabatack® 795 is very quickly ready for handling. A distinctive property of this product is its improved strength build-up at lower temperatures, as a result of which it can also be applied at lower temperatures with lower relative humidity. Furthermore, Sabatack® 795 adheres very well to most materials, with or without primer.
The product can be used in various industries for indoor and outdoor elastic structural bonding applications where rapid, very high initial tack with high final strength is required. Applications include the elastic bonding of different types of frames, profiles, sheet metal, façades and wall panels, and the sealing of cabins, windows, side panels, interior fit-ups and sandwich panels in the construction and transportation industries. In addition, it is also suitable for elastically sealing horizontal and vertical seams, overlaps and joints.
The advantages of MS polymer-based products, among other things, are that they do not contain any isocyanates and CMR substances and do not carry any hazard symbols.
- Elastic, fast-tacking, strong MS polymer-based construction adhesive and sealant with extremely high initial bond strength
- Fast-tack bonding and sealing with extremely high initial tack
- Fast final strength build-up, limits temporary fastening to a minimum
- Improved strength build-up at lower temperatures
- High end strength

MS Polymers
A sealant made from modified silane molecules, better known as MS polymer, is a sealant that cures upon contact with atmospheric moisture and is known for its wide range of possibilities and applications in various situations.
The main features of SABA MS polymer sealants are:
Cures upon contact with (atmospheric) moisture;
Permanent elasticity
No blistering during curing
(Micro)biologically resistant
Liquid-resistant and liquid-tight applications
Smoke and fire-resistant applications
Polysulfide sealants
Polysulfide sealants are mainly produced in two-component versions. The two-component polysulfide sealant begins to cure due to a chemical reaction that occurs when the first (A) and second (B) components are mixed. This is why the two components are mixed immediately before use.
Properties and applications of SABA polysulfide sealants:
Weather resistant
Chemical resistant
Excellent strength and permanent elasticity
Increased chemical resistant sealant (motor fuels, solvents, biochemicals)
Epoxy Polysulfides
Epoxy Polysulfide (EPS) is a 2-component solution, mainly used for example for filling cracks. In addition to filling cracks, holes and damaged surfaces, EPS is also suitable for use as an anti-corrosion coating.
General properties and applications of EPS:
High chemical resistance
Strong / mechanically loaded
Good adhesion to concrete
Good compatibility with polysulfide
Suitable for use in oil and grease removers / traps
